To spread positivity and encouragement, Tea with Paul G features only non-A-list, well-rounded guests who may/may not be known or are otherwise unseen due to their behind-the-scenes positions.

The show highlights an eclectic group of individuals who are proof that you can define your own terms of success while making a career out of what you love.

Additionally, each guest (or hottie as we like to call them) chooses a charity to support by answering trivia questions during Paul's Fif-TEA/Fif-TEA challenge.
